本标准规定了光电通信复合电缆的产品命名与规格、技术要求、试验方法、RFID 标签要求、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。产品命名按 YD/T 908 规定，规格由光缆、动力线、通信线对不同规格组成。技术要求涵盖光缆线、通信线、动力线及成品电缆的结构、尺寸、材料、物理性能、电气特性等，其中光缆线采用 32 芯光缆等结构，光纤几何特性、强度筛选水平等有明确参数；通信线为星绞四线组，动力线含 3 芯导体；成品电缆需满足结构、物理性能、电气特性等要求，铝护套、内护套等也有相应规定。试验方法涉及光缆线、通信线和动力线、成品电缆的各项测试。RFID 标签需具备基本功能，符合参数、存储、材质及环境适应性要求。检验规则包括检验批、试样及出厂检验的抽样方案和判定规则。标志、包装、运输和贮存方面，电缆外护套有永久性标志，应装在缆交货盘上，运输贮存需注意温度、防损伤等。
