Chengdu Association of Building Economy Promotion

成都市楼宇经济促进会是中国第一个楼宇经济行业组织，目前是中国中西部最大的商业商务楼宇协会，主管单位是成都市商务委。由楼宇的投资商、开发商、商业运营商、物业服务企业、咨询中介顾问机构、研究机构及楼宇经济生态圈内企业和团体组成的非营利性组织，中国5A级社会组织。

As China's first business organization for building economy, Chengdu Association of Building Economy Promotion is currently the largest commercial and business building association in central and western China. Under the jurisdiction of Chengdu Municipal Commision of Commerce, it is a non-profit 5A-level social organization composed of building investors, developers, commercial operators, property service enterprises, advisory intermediary organizations, research institutions and enterprises and organizations within the building economy ecosystem.

会员单位160家管理服务成都市主要商务商业楼宇400栋（含商业综合体、写字楼、街区、园区、酒店等），面积超过5300万平方米。构建了中国第一个楼宇经济百人专家库，打造了中国第一支楼宇经济百人宣传队伍，大力推广实施楼宇经济服务标准，大力推动成都国际化、标准化、绿色化、专业化、规范化健康发展。为搭建政府与企业、企业与企业、企业与市场之间的桥梁，努力打造中国楼宇经济“金名片”贡献力量。

With 160members and 400 serving and managing main commercial buildings in Chengdu (including commercial complexes, office buildings, blocks, parks, hotels, etc.), the Association spans across an area of over 50 million m². It has built up China’s first 100-expert tank for building economy, created China’s first 100-person publicity team for building economy, vigorously promoted the implementation of building economy service standard and strived to boost the international, standardized, green, professional and normalized deveopment of Chengdu City. Thereout, it makes positive contributions to the construction of bridges between government and enterprise, enterprise and enterprise, enterprise and market and the progress of casting the “gold name card” of building economy in China.

主要成员包括：中粮、绿地、中海、华润、仁恒、银泰、华侨城、凯德、恒大、富力、量子互娱、中节能、万科、复地、花样年、通威集团、东原地产、伊藤洋华堂、永立集团、博瑞集团、仲量联行、第一太平戴维斯、高力国际、世邦魏理仕、戴德梁行等成都公司及总部，以及成都IFS、成都远洋太古里、成都百扬、天府新谷、四川力宝企业、成都置信、雄飞集团、成都诚悦时代等负责开发、运营、管理、服务的成都楼宇代表性企业。

Its key members include: Chengdu headquarters and branches of COFCO, Greenland, China Overseas Property, China Resources Group, Yanlord Land, Yintai, OCT Group, Capitaland, Evergrande, R & F, Quantum Industry Company , CECEP, Vanke, Forte, Fantasia, Tongwei Group, Dowell Real Estate, Ito Yokado, Yongli Group, Borui Group, Jones Lang LaSalle, Savills, Colliers International, CBRE Group, Inc., DTZ, etc. Other main members also include representative enterprises in Chengdu responsible for development, operation, management and services of buildings, such as Chengdu IFS, Chengdu Sino-Ocean Taikoo Li, Square One, ThinkZone, Sichuan Lippo, Chengdu Zhixin, Xiongfei Group, Chengdu Chengyue Times Property Service, etc.
