| 主要技术内容 | 本标准规定氢空燃料电池燃料供给循环系统的基本要求、系统组成等多方面内容。材料需耐腐蚀、抗氢脆等，系统由氢气供给等七大单元组成。 设计上对各单元压力、流量等有要求，性能方面系统效率等需达标，接口分机械等三类，安全有防爆等要求，运维含运行监控等内容。 适用于质子交换膜燃料电池的氢空燃料供给循环系统的设计、制造与运维。 This standard specifies the basic requirements, system composition, design requirements, performance requirements, interface requirements, safety requirements, and operation and maintenance requirements for the hydrogen-air fuel cell fuel supply circulation system. Materials shall be corrosion-resistant, hydrogen embrittlement-resistant, etc. The system consists of seven major units, including the hydrogen supply unit and air supply unit. Design requirements cover parameters such as pressure and flow rate for each unit. Performance-wise, indicators like system efficiency must meet standards. Interfaces are categorized into mechanical, electrical, and communication protocol types. Safety requirements include explosion-proof design and grounding protection. Operation and maintenance cover operation monitoring, system maintenance, regular inspections, and fault handling. It is applicable to the design, manufacture, and operation and maintenance of hydrogen-air fuel supply circulation systems for proton exchange membrane fuel cells. |
